TRAPPIST-1, also designated as 2MASS J23062928-0502285, is an ultra-cool red dwarf star that is slightly larger but much more massive than the planet Jupiter, located 39.6 light-years (12.1 parsecs) from the Sun in the constellation Aquarius.
As can be read in the Guardian report below, NASA scientists have become excited at the discovery of seven Earth sized planets orbiting it.

British Gazette comment: Anybody hoping that there will be a new “Age of Aquarius” brought about by contact with intelligent ET’s inhabiting any or all of these planets should prepare to be disappointed. The planets all-be-some inhabiting what some attest to be the “Goldilocks” zone (not too hot, not too cold) are unlikely to have produced intelligent life. They lack moons, their mantles are subjected to tidal heating – which means that Richter level 10+ Earthquakes are a regular planet wide occurrence – and their atmospheres are subjected to the fiercest of solar winds from the small and unstable dwarf they orbit which means intense bombardment by UV and X rays.
Still, we think that The Right Honourable Philip Hammond PC, MP Chancellor of the Exchequer and Member for Runnymede and Weybridge will consider that these planets orbiting this star in the constellation of Aquarius would be a most excellent place to send his colleague The Right Honourable Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson PC, MP Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs!
