The BG has a scoop of the first order!
Tomorrow at 6PM there will be a public announcement screened simultaneously across four terrestrial TV channels (BBC1, ITV 1, Channel 5 and Channel Five). It will last for 5 minutes and will be a Parliamentary Broadcast; there will be four participants:
Wonder Woman, Rishi Sunak, Keir Starmer and Ed Davey.
The three elected politicians will announce that emergency legislation will be introduced to Parliament which will have the effect of suspending the date of the next general election by SIX YEARS (until 2030). The Conservative, Labour and Liberal Democrats will form a National Government under the leadership of Wonder Woman who will be Prime Minister and also Minister of Defence! Rishi Sunak will be Deputy Prime Minister and Chancellor of the Exchequer, Keir Starmer will replace Lord Cameron as Foreign Secretary and Ed Davey will be the new Home Secretary.
The policy towards Net Zero will be maintained. However this will cease to cause the problems it has due to two technological fixes Wonder Woman will bring with her from Paradise Island:
#1: Cheap and plentiful fusion power and:
#2: A battery ten times the capacity (and a tenth the price) of the present lithium ion batteries but using sodium and zinc that will be completely fireproof and can work in sub zero weather.
These developments will be rapidly introduced and will mean the end of expensive electricity, the end of the threat of power cuts and the mass adoption by the car buying general public of EVs which will become affordable, practical and safe!
