Above is You Tube’s compliance with a request from the group of traitors masquerading as the British government to censor footage of yesterday’s British Constitution Group’s Lawful Rebellion protest, during which they attempted to civilly arrest Judge Michael Peake at Birkenhead county court.
Judge Peake was ruling on a case involving Roger Hayes, former member of UKIP, who has refused to pay council tax, both as a protest against the government’s treasonous activities in placing the UK under EU governance and as a result of Roger Hayes alleging that council tax is illegal.
Roger Hayes has embarked on an effort to legally prove that the enforced collection of council tax by government is unlawful because no contract has been agreed between the individual and the state. His argument is based on the sound legal principle that just like the council, Hayes can represent himself as a third party in court and that “Roger Hayes” is a corporation and must be treated as one in the eyes of the law.
British Gazette comment: Although it support’s Roger’s aim of restoring lawful government, we feel that Council Tax issue is the wrong battleground. It can be argued ever since the 1571 Poor Law of Elizabeth I that the state has the power to levy a local rate on the people. Far better that this sort of protest be applied to the judges when seeking to implement Statutory Instruments treasonously enacting EU Directives. The fact that Roger is basically in the right area however is demonstrated by the image at the top of this article.

Taken into account Income Tax, How does one defined INCOME? Who in our Country or the World should or must pay ? We the Poorest pay tax even from our Pension which we had already paid from our Wages, Why does not the Very Rich such as GOOGLE pay Tax?, You did not mentioned that the Government have the Rights or the Law but merely they have Power, These are the Corporation including yourselves that enslaves us the Poor for centuries but we are awaken it is only a matter of time,
