Mr Ed Milliband steered the Climate Change Act through Parliament when Minister for Energy and “Climate change”. His ludicrous Act – that has had an immeasurable effect on global “carbon’ emissions, has cost and is costing UK plc quite literally £billions.
As Christopher Booker wrote, “As the snow of the coldest March since 1963 continues to fall, we learn that we have barely 48 hours’ worth of stored gas left to keep us warm, and that the head of our second-largest electricity company, SSE, has warned that our generating capacity has fallen so low that we can expect power cuts to begin at any time. It seems the perfect storm is upon us.”

Let us face facts: Miliband is an educated and highly intelligent man. He has no recourse to the excuse of ignorance brought about through idleness. Miliband is one of two things:
One: a man who has become deluded to such an extent that he considers the building of 30,000 wind turbines in the middle of the North Sea at a cost of £100 billion whilst pensioners die of cold due to power cuts is reasonable and practical is clearly unfit by reason of mental incapacity to assume public office.
Two: a man who is fully aware of the consequences of his actions and cynically ignores those consequences.
This places Miliband firmly in the category or criminal conspirator. When the first deaths occur Miliband will be guilty of the felony manslaughter. Of course Miliband already has racked up some serious offences:
He has committed High Treason for partaking in unlawful and unconstitutional acts being the handing of the government over to a foreign power (the European Union) and Perjury for breaking his Privy Council oath and also his Parliamentary Oath.
Since the death penalty was repealed by an unlawful and unconstitutional assembly and also that the repeal of the death penalty is unconstitutional through an unlawful treaty (the European Convention on Human Rights) which grants illegal precedence to a Foreign Power (the European Court) Mr Miliband presumably is of the opinion that he might as well be hanged for stealing a sheep instead of a lamb.
NB: We would of course wish to have his sentence commuted to Life Imprisonment.
