Emma West: Case adjourned.

Today, Miss West appeared at Croydon Crown court. She pleaded not guilty to two charges of racially aggravated public order offences, one with intent to cause fear. The trial date was set for 11th June. Miss West’s bail was continued.
These three sentences above describe the bear essentials of this case. The facts of the matter are these:
At the end of November 2011, Miss West “vented her spleen” about how she perceived the multi-racial and multi-cultural society in which she lives in a rude and unpleasant manner in a public place – a tram – which behaviour upset many of the people around her.
Since that time the politically correct authorities in this former sovereign state have seen to it that they are “going to make an example” of Miss West. Hence the initial remand into custody and the actual prosecution itself. We imagine that the authorities were hoping that Miss West would plead guilty and meekly accept the inevitable custodial sentence handed out to her.
It seems however Miss West has more about her and is prepared to risk the longer gaol sentence that is the inevitable consequence of being found guilty after having pleaded not guilty.
