Austria: The end of the beginning?

Above, migrants in the Mediterranean. An image of Europe’s migrant crisis. One consequence? Austria’s recent election.
On 10th November, 1942 at the The Lord Mayor’s Luncheon held at the Mansion House, Winston Churchill commented upon the British Army’s victories in North Africa. He made the now famous statement: “Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning.”
Three years, one month and fourteen days ago, the British Gazette published the article below:

In it we suggested that the politicians who rule Europe should regard mass migration as a problem because it produces INSTABILITY. We also stated that it was likely to produce increased support for politicians and political parties opposed to their policies.
This has been most dramatically demonstrated recently in Austria.

NB: NEITHER of these ladies has responded to rumours that there have been discrepancies in the poll. Your Editor would suggest to the British Gazette’s readers that they should perhaps take the council of the late and unlamented Joseph Stalin’s view on elections:
“It is enough that the people know there was an election. The people who cast the vote decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything.”
