Austria: The end of the beginning?

On 10th November, 1942 at the The Lord Mayor’s Luncheon held at the Mansion House, Winston Churchill commented upon the British Army’s victories in North Africa. He made the now famous statement: “Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning.”
Three years, one month and fourteen days ago, the British Gazette published the article below:

In it we suggested that the politicians who rule Europe should regard mass migration as a problem because it produces INSTABILITY. We also stated that it was likely to produce increased support for politicians and political parties opposed to their policies.
This has been most dramatically demonstrated recently in Austria.
