The British Bamboozling Collective aka the British Broadcasting Corporation report that between 100,000 and 150,000 attended caused no surprises to the millions of Britons who actually attended the rally on Saturday 13th September 2025 in London.
Similarly these good people will not be surprised when the London Standard ran with this report (https://www.standard.co.uk/news/london/stop-trump-coalition-march-donald-trump-state-visit-protest-london-b1247913.html). We quote:
“Up to 150,000 people turned out for the Tommy Robinson-organised Unite The Kingdom rally on Saturday, far exceeding the estimates of organisers”……. “And approximately 250,000 people marched across the capital to protest Mr Trump’s “working trip” in 2018, featuring a 20ft inflatable caricature of the president.”
I have no doubt that the British Left will organise a large protest against President Trump being here. I also expect the BBC to fully report upon it – in stark contrast to it’s lack of reporting vis-à-vis the rally on the 13th.
But then what would one expect from a state funded state run broadcaster?
