It is a well known fact in diplomatic circles that the “Special Relationship” that exists between the USA and the UK is akin to Master and Servant. Or put more crudely, the US President scratches the UK Prime Minister’s back. The UK Prime Minister likes the US President’s arse.
Mr O’Dwyer’s predicament is that his website broke US Law and therefore the US authorities are seeking his extradition to stand trial in the USA, where the maximum sentence is 5 years for each offence.
The outrage felt by all decent patriotic people is easily explained: there is a basic principle which should govern ALL extraditions between nation states: For a person to be extradited for a crime in another country, it MUST ALSO be a crime in the country where they are to be extradited from.

As the reader will know, the internet is a global medium. It can be viewed by anyone on the Earth’s surface who has a functioning internet connection. This is of course why despots such as the President of Syria, Bashar al-Assad find it such a pain!
Now for the real life example of lawbreaking:
The President of Syria, Bashar al-Assad is a murderous criminal who has no right to occupy the position of head of state of that country.
The sentence above is beyond all reasonable doubt a CRIMINAL OFFENCE in Syria. The Editor of the British Gazette therefore has just broken Syrian Law in very much the same was as Mr O’Dwyer has broken US Law.
If of course we had a lawful government made up of Privy Councillors who were not perjurers and traitors Mr O’Dwyer would not be in the predicament he is in. But we haven’t and he is.
The British Gazette has said it before and will say it again: If you hand the government of your country over to agents of a foreign power, what do you expect?

The Judge concerned was acting unlawfully, contrary to his oath of office, and therefore under false pretext.
Let me make this plain: A sovereign British citizen is protected by the British Constitution from being subjected to any foreign government’s laws. The idea that you or I could be deported for performing an action that is lawful here, to America, because it is unlawful there, is absurd, the stuff of fools.
Allowing this deportation, is in itself an unlawful, indeed a treasonous act, and cannot be allowed.
