Project Bloodhound is a British attempt to product a land vehicle to exceed 1,000 mph. The project ran into financial difficulty and went into receivership. Mr Ian Warhurst, managing director of Melett (a supplier of replacement turbocharger repair kits for the automotive industry) has purchased Project Bloodhound for an undisclosed sum.
